Selected Work
A small selection of websites designed to feel intentional, distinctive, and genuinely aligned with the people behind them.
The Ivy Barn
A calm, conversion-focused website for a rural guesthouse in the South Hams.
The Ivy Barn needed a website that reflected the calm beauty of its setting: a peaceful rural village, close to beaches, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The aim was to create something elegant, restful, and easy to explore, so the online experience matched the feeling of staying there.
What I focused on
- Calm, premium visual direction
- Clear structure and page flow
- A design that reflected the property and location
- Mobile-friendly browsing for guests on the go
YEM Wildlife Project
A structured, update-friendly website for a community-led conservation project.
YEM needed a content-rich website to support a long-term conservation project focused on building a wildlife corridor along the River Yealm. The site needed to explain the mission clearly, share updates with the community, and allow the team to publish news and project posts themselves over time.
What I focused on
- Clear communication of a complex project
- Structured, readable content design
- Flexible post and update system
- A site that could grow with the project
The Mildmay Colours
A bold, personality-led website for a village pub with plenty to share.
The Mildmay Colours wanted a website that captured its colourful, energetic personality while making key information easy to find. The goal was to create something bold and memorable, while also helping visitors quickly find menus, events, and social links.
What I focused on
- Personality-led design
- Clear access to practical information
- Events and menu visibility
- Strong connection to the pub’s social presence
